Job Overview

We are looking for an organised and proactive IT Project Coordinator to join our team in Calicut.

This role is ideal for someone with experience coordinating IT and digital projects while working closely with clients, developers, designers, and digital marketing teams. The successful candidate will support project planning, coordinate day-to-day activities, ensure timely project delivery, assist with business development, and maintain solid client relationships.

The ideal candidate does not need to be an expert in every technical area but should have a solid understanding of software development, digital marketing, UI/UX, and web technologies to effectively communicate with clients and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day execution of IT and digital projects.
- Gather and document client requirements and communicate them clearly to internal teams.
- Coordinate developers, designers, digital marketers, and other project stakeholders.
- Assist in project planning, task allocation, scheduling, and progress tracking.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project updates and requirements.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and project documentation.
- Assist the business development team with client meetings, follow-ups, and lead generation.
- Support website development, software, UI/UX, branding, SEO, and digital marketing projects.
- Track project status, identify risks,



and escalate issues when required.
- Ensure quality standards and client expectations are met throughout project execution.
- Maintain project records and provide regular status reports to management.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 3 years of relevant skilled experience.
- Experience coordinating software, website, or digital marketing projects.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and creative teams.
- Professional approach to client communication and relationship management.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and accountable.
- Candidates familiar with the Kerala business environment are preferred.
