Job Description

1. Candidate will have deep expertise in AWS technologies and services as well as understanding on how infrastructure and applications are deployed on AWS 2. Candidate will have good foundation and proficiency in AWS and complementary technologies and would have relevant architecting and management experience in the following technology areas: a. AWS Iaas and PaaS technologies and services: i. Compute EC2, ii. Web Web Apps, Mobile Apps, Logic Apps iii. Storage S3,EBS, EFS iv. Networking VPC, Elastic LoadBalancing, Route 53 v. Database RDS, Aurora vi. Application Services vii. Security viii. Management CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Trusted Advisor ix. Hybrid b. Positive with scripting / automation using PowerShell, CloudFormation, Chef c. Good understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and MS SQL Server d. Good understanding of at least one leading configuration automation tool 3. Candidate will be involved in providing AWS advisory and consulting services to customers including assessments,



presenting recommendations on AWS migration roadmaps, architecture / designs etc. 4. Candidate will lead analysis, recommendations, and presentation of approaches to customers complex problems based on prior experience and researches 5. Study existing technology landscape and understand current application workloads 6. Understand and document technical requirements from clients 7. Define Migration strategy to move application to cloud 8. Develop architecture blueprints and detailed documentation. Create bill of materials, including required Cloud Services (such as EC2, S3 etc.) and tools; 9. Design the overall Virtual Private Cloud VPC environment including server instance, storage instances, subnets, availability zones, etc 10. Design the AWS network architecture including VPN connectivity between regions and subnets 11. Candidate will architect / design / deploy / optimize AWS IaaS and PaaS solutions based on a range of AWS technologies and services listed above 12. Candidate will be instrumental conducting AWS PoCs, deployment and migration of various workloads to AWS services from traditional infrastructure or other Clouds 13. Candidate will collaborate with customers functional and technical teams to ensure AWS based solutions
