About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in IT services sales and international market outreach (US, UK, UAE). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience identifying potential prospects, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate recent business leads through email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and online platforms.
- Target customers across US, UK & UAE regions and build a strong qualified pipeline.
- Understand the company’s IT services offerings and pitch effectively to prospects.
- Research potential clients, decision-makers, and business opportunities.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.




- Maintain and update CRM / lead tracking sheet daily.
- Achieve weekly & monthly lead generation targets.
- Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team for campaign execution.

Required Skills & Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in B2B IT Services Lead Generation.
- Experience working with international clients (US, UK & UAE).
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Upwork, and other prospecting tools.
- Excellent communication & email writing skills.
- Target-driven mindset with consistent follow-up and closure support.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
