Job Responsibilities:

Project Planning:

- Develop and implement logistics plans for crane operations in wind and solar projects.
- Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.

Crane Operations Management:

- Oversee the selection, scheduling, and mobilization of cranes for various project phases.
- Ensure that all crane operations comply with safety regulations and industry standards.

Logistics Coordination:

- Manage transportation and delivery of equipment, materials, and components to project sites.
- Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to streamline logistics processes.

Site Assessment:

- Conduct site surveys to determine suitable crane locations and access routes.
- Assess site conditions and potential hazards to ensure safe crane operations.

Resource Allocation:

- Allocate resources effectively, including cranes, personnel, and equipment.
- Monitor resource utilization and adjust plans as necessary to optimize efficiency.

Risk Management:

- Identify potential logistical challenges and develop mitigation strategies.




- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in all logistics operations.

Communication:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all crane and logistics-related inquiries.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of crane operations, logistics schedules, and safety inspections.
- Prepare reports on project progress, challenges, and logistics performance.

Continuous Improvement:

- Evaluate logistics processes and crane operations to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and safety.

Training and Development:

- Provide training and guidance to team members on logistics procedures and safety protocols.
- Foster a culture of safety and compliance within the logistics team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience in crane operations and logistics management, preferably in renewable energy projects.
- Robust organizational and communication skills.
