Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Brand Account Executive who can confidently manage client relationships while coordinating seamlessly with internal creative and marketing teams. The ideal candidate should understand agency workflows, communicate effectively, and ensure projects move smoothly from briefing to execution.

In this role, you will act as a key connection between clients, strategy, and creative execution, helping maintain strong relationships while delivering high-quality work on time.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication & Account Management

Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients
Understand client requirements, objectives, and brand expectations
Translate briefs clearly to internal creative, content, and marketing teams
Build and maintain strong long-term professional relationships

Project Coordination & Execution

Coordinate campaign execution across design, content, video, and marketing teams
Track project timelines, approvals, and deliverables
Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and aligned with client expectations
Follow up proactively on ongoing tasks and campaign progress





Strategy & Reporting

Prepare presentations, reports, meeting notes, and project updates
Support campaign planning and execution discussions
Coordinate internal updates to ensure smooth workflow across teams
Contribute towards account growth and long-term client retention

Team Collaboration & Problem Solving

Handle client feedback professionally and efficiently
Coordinate with teams to resolve project challenges and delays
Maintain a solution-oriented approach in fast-paced working environments

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in an advertising, branding, or digital marketing agency
Strong client servicing and account management experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
Strong organisational and coordination abilities
Good understanding of branding, advertising, and digital marketing workflows
Skilled presentation and communication skills

Preferred Skills

Experience in handling retail or multi-location clients is an added advantage
Presentation, reporting, and proposal preparation skills
Understanding of creative strategy and campaign execution
Familiarity with social media, digital campaigns, and content production workflows
Confidence in client meetings, follow-ups, and project discussions

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
