- Manage end-to-end furniture production operations and factory workflow
- Supervise production planning, scheduling, and execution
- Ensure timely manufacturing and dispatch of orders
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and installation teams
- Maintain quality standards across all furniture products
- Monitor raw material usage and reduce wastage
- Handle manpower planning and factory staff management
- Ensure machinery maintenance and smooth shop-floor operations
- Implement process improvements for better productivity and efficiency
- Ensure adherence to safety and operational standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5–8 years of experience in furniture manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of modular furniture, woodwork, upholstery, metal, and finishing processes
- Experience in factory operations and production management




- Ability to handle production timelines and multiple projects simultaneously
- Valuable leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of quality control and inventory management
- Familiarity with ERP/software for production planning is preferred
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Background from furniture brands, modular furniture factories, or interior manufacturing companies
- Experience in handling custom furniture production projects
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
