Job Summary
Servedge Private Limited is looking for a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to support the sales team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, and the ability to coordinate with clients and prepare quotations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Follow up on sales enquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Prepare and send quotations and proposals.
- Coordinate with clients and the Business Development team.
- Maintain customer records and sales data.
- Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Schedule client meetings and follow up on quotations.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Perform other duties assigned by the management.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Freshers can also apply.
- 0–2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Telecalling, or Customer Support is preferred.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Ability to prepare quotations and maintain records.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
