ob Purpose:

To support daily operations of Cafe and Bakery, provide good customer service, and assist in food delivery to ensure smooth and fast service.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Cafe Sales

- Take orders for Tea, Juice, Burger, Coffee and other cafe items

- Prepare simple items as per training

- Maintain cleanliness of cafe counter and seating area

- Billing and handling cash/UPI through POS [Branch]

2. Bakery Sales

- Arrange bakery items in display counter

- Assist customers in selecting cakes, bread, snacks

- Billing at counter and packing items

- Stock refilling and checking expiry dates

3. Food Delivery

- Pack food items safely for delivery

- Deliver orders to customers on time via bike/scooter

- Collect payment and submit to counter

- Maintain delivery bag and ensure hygiene

4. General Duties

- Cleaning of tables, floor, and wash area





- Helping senior staff during rush hours

- Follow hygiene and FSSAI guidelines

- Support in inventory counting when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: 10th Pass preferred

- Experience: Fresher can apply. Training will be given

- Skills: Valuable communication, Polite behavior, Quick learner

- Other: Must have own 2-wheeler + DL for delivery role

- Languages: Malayalam & Basic English

Working Hours:

Flexible shifts. 4-6 hours per day. Weekends included.
