- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and system reliability.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in GraphQL (Query Language).
- Strong understanding of API design principles and best practices related to GraphQL implementations.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance software architectures.
- Ability to lead code reviews and enforce coding standards to ensure maintainability and quality.
- Familiarity with integrating GraphQL services with various backend systems and databases.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical challenges within distributed systems.
