We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Business Development Associate who can handle client communication, generate leads, explain IT services/products, and provide basic technical support to customers. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of IT services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Explain company IT services and products to clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Coordinate with the technical team for client support.
- Provide basic troubleshooting and customer support.
- Prepare quotations, follow-ups, and sales reports.
- Maintain customer database and daily updates.
Required Skills
- Positive communication and presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services and software.
- Knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
- Ability to handle customers professionally.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and team coordination.
Qualification
- Graduate in any stream.
- MBA/BBA preferred but not mandatory.
