We are looking for an experienced Legal Advisor to handle legal documentation, contract review, compliance, legal research, and corporate legal matters. The candidate should have strong legal knowledge, drafting skills, and the ability to advise management on legal risks and requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining legal documents, agreements, and contracts.
Conduct legal research and provide support on relevant laws, regulations, and business matters.
Assist with corporate documentation and compliance requirements.
Review agreements, notices, and other legal correspondence.
Maintain proper records of legal documents and agreements.
Coordinate with internal departments on legal and documentation-related matters.
Support the organisation in identifying and addressing potential legal risks.
Assist senior management / external legal counsel on legal matters when required.
Required Qualifications
LLB / 3-year or 5-year integrated law course – completed.
Robust understanding of basic corporate and commercial laws.
Good legal research, drafting, and documentation skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
