Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Stores Executive with strong knowledge of Tally ERP to manage inventory, maintain stock records, and ensure smooth operations within the stores department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking and maintaining inventory levels, managing inward/outward movement of goods, and coordinating with purchase and accounts departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive, inspect, and store materials, supplies, and equipment as per company policies.
- Maintain accurate stock records using Tally ERP and Excel.
- Issue materials as per requisition and update entries in Tally.
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification.
- Generate GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), SRNs (Stock Return Notes), and other relevant documents.
- Maintain inventory levels and raise indent requests for replenishment.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for invoice verification and stock reconciliation.




- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and safety of inventory.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports.
- Comply with FIFO/FEFO and other inventory management practices.
- Handle dispatch and logistics coordination as needed.

Key Skills:

- Proficient in Tally ERP (Inventory Module)
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles
- Positive communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in Tally

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
