Experience: 2–4 Years (Hospital Insurance/TPA Experience Mandatory)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end TPA and health insurance processes.
- Coordinate with insurance companies and TPAs for cashless approvals and claim settlements.
- Process pre-authorizations, reimbursement claims, and required documentation.
- Ensure timely submission and follow-up of insurance claims.
- Coordinate with billing, doctors, and patients for smooth claim processing.
- Resolve claim queries, deductions, and pending cases.
- Maintain accurate records and comply with hospital and insurance guidelines.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in Hospital Insurance/TPA handling.
- Positive knowledge of cashless claims, medical insurance, and hospital billing.
- Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
