Description

As a UTS Associate, you will play a
crucial role in ensuring that our products deliver exceptional user
experiences, meet rigorous testing standards, and receive ongoing support. This
entry-level position is designed for recent graduates who are eager to learn
and contribute to various aspects of product development and customer
satisfaction.

Key
Responsibilities

- User Experience (UX)
- - Collaborate with the design team to create wireframes,
prototypes, and user flows.
- Gather and analyse user feedback to identify areas for
improvement.

- Testing
- - Participate in manual testing of
software products.




- Assist in writing and executing test cases to identify
defects and ensure product quality.
- Work closely with developers to understand and resolve
issues.

- Support
- - Provide first-level support to customers by responding
to inquiries and resolving technical issues.
- Document common issues and their resolutions to help
improve support processes.
- Collaborate with the product team to suggest
enhancements based on customer feedback.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information
Technology, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of UX principles, software testing
methodologies, and customer support practices.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work
well in a team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to
problem-solving.
