An Accounts Executive is responsible for managing financial transactions and maintaining accurate accounting records. Typical job responsibilities include:

- Recording daily financial transactions in accounting software.
- Preparing and maintaining invoices, receipts, vouchers, and payment records.
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconciling bank statements and ledger accounts.
- Processing employee reimbursements and vendor payments.
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Preparing and filing GST, TDS, VAT, or other tax returns (as applicable).
- Maintaining payroll records and supporting salary processing.
- Monitoring budgets and controlling expenses.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Supporting internal and external audits by providing required documentation.




- Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring data confidentiality.
- Coordinating with clients, vendors, banks, and auditors regarding financial matters.
- Preparing MIS (Management Information System) reports for management.
- Identifying and resolving discrepancies in financial records.

Key skills:

- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP, SAP, QuickBooks)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
