We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Talent Manager to manage a portfolio of 10 Fashion & Lifestyle creators. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, talent growth, brand collaborations, campaign execution and maintaining long-term relationships with creators and brands. This role requires robust negotiation skills, influencer marketing knowledge and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and nurture a roster of 10 Fashion & Lifestyle creators/influencers.
- Identify, approach and onboard new talent for the agency.
- Act as the primary point of contact between creators, brands and internal teams.
- Pitch creators to brands and secure collaboration opportunities.
- Negotiate commercials, contracts and campaign deliverables.
- Coordinate end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring timely content delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies and creators.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports.
- Ensure timely invoice submissions and payment follow-ups for creators.
- Stay updated with influencer marketing trends and emerging creators.

Requirements:





- 2–3 years of experience in Talent Management, Influencer Marketing or Creator Partnerships.
- Strong network within the Fashion & Lifestyle creator ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously.
- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube and other social media platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and campaign management tools.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Successfully manage 10 creator accounts.

- Maintain high creator satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure timely campaign execution and payment closures.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
