Gentlebear Body is a premium women’s essentials brand focused on modern aesthetics, thoughtful design, and elevated everyday essentials.

We are looking for Creative Designer & Video Editor who understands branding, social media culture, trendy visual direction, and premium design language.

This is not just an “execution-only” role. We want someone who takes initiative, proposes fresh ideas, and helps push the brand visually forward.

We want someone who:

- Has a up-to-date and lifestyle brand-forward design aesthetic
- Have experience designing for e-commerce brands, especially Instagram-first or D2C brands
- Understands premium/luxury social media branding
- Takes initiative and proactively proposes creative ideas
- Understands trendy fonts, layouts, storytelling, and visual identity
- Can create cohesive brand-forward content, not just random posts
- Has strong taste in lifestyle or aesthetic branding to build a community focused brand
- Understands and has interest in design as a whole, photoshop and video editing tools in-depth
- Understands how to create content that not only looks aesthetic, but also drives conversions and engagement

Responsibilities

Social Media Design

- Design Instagram posts, stories, carousels, launch creatives, and campaign assets
- Maintain a cohesive and elevated visual identity across social platforms
- Design content that feels modern, premium, and trend-aware
- Collaborate with Social Lead and executives on weekly briefings,



execution and timelines of delivery for creative assets

Video Editing

- Edit - Instagram Reels with creative flair
- Create engaging edits using transitions, pacing, hooks, captions, and trending formats
- Work on product edits, campaign edits, founder-led content, and UGC-style videos
- Stitch new reels and brainstorm content ideas weekly basis with the team

Website & E-Commerce Design

- Design Shopify website banners, landing pages, and product visuals that help generate leads and sales
- Edit and retouch campaign imagery in Photoshop
- Help improve the visual experience of the website

Creative Direction & Brand Building

- Propose new design concepts, campaign ideas, and visual directions
- Help shape Gentlebear’s overall brand story and aesthetic
- Stay updated with current design and social media trends

Skilled in:

- Photoshop
- Canva
- CapCut / Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro/InShot/Reels Editor
- Ability to add music to Reels for Instagram
- Ability to add Custom Fonts to reels
- Strong understanding of typography, trendy fonts, layouts, and branding
- Ability to work independently and execute quickly
- Experience with Shopify or e-commerce brands is a plus

Compensation

- ₹10,000 – ₹18,000/month
- Remote / Flexible
