Job Description – Sales Executive

Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving new car sales targets by identifying potential customers, generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, managing the sales process, and ensuring a superior customer experience from enquiry to vehicle delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, field visits, digital enquiries, and telecalling.
- Contact prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Maruti Suzuki models and variants.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Explain vehicle features, pricing, finance, insurance, exchange offers, and accessories.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate within company guidelines.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Accessories, Registration, and Delivery teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.




- Follow up with prospects until closure and maintain post-sales relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Participate in promotional campaigns, roadshows, exhibitions, and marketing events.
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction and encourage referrals.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Keep updated on Maruti Suzuki products, competitor offerings, and market trends..

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
