POSITION: MIS CUM IT, TRAINER

LOCATION: PATNA, BIHAR

Educational Qualification

- BCA, B.Sc. (IT/Computer Science), MCA, M.Sc. (IT), Diploma in Computer Science, or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant Trainer Certification (ToT/Domain Certification) will be preferred.

Experience

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in IT training, MIS, or computer education.
- Experience in Government Skill Development Projects (JSDM, DDU-GKY, PMKVY, NULM, etc.) will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Advanced MS Excel.
- Good understanding of computer hardware, software installation, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, printers, scanners, and internet configuration.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and online collaboration tools.




- Strong classroom management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to prepare reports, maintain records, and analyze data.
- Positive problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of SQL, databases, Power BI, or MIS reporting tools.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online training platforms.
- Understanding of NSQF, NCVET, and Sector Skill Council standards.
- Industry exposure in IT support, system administration, or data management.

Salary

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
