Role Overview

The Client Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing client communication through tele calling, handling enquiries, maintaining regular follow-ups, and building strong client relationships. The role also involves supporting customer engagement, coordinating with internal teams, and assisting with other client-facing activities as required based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound telecalling to prospective and existing clients to promote the company's services and generate business opportunities.
- Contact potential clients, explain the company's services, answer their queries, and conduct regular follow-ups.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and professional service
- Maintain call records, client databases, and prepare daily activity and follow-up reports.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely support and resolution of client requirements.
- Support lead generation, customer engagement, and other business activities as assigned by the management

Working Hours·

- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM·
- Monday to Saturday
- Weekly Off: Sunday

Preferred Background

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in client relationship management, customer service, tele calling, business development, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Robust interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook); familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
