Job Summary:
Hiring Customer Success Associates for an International Voice/Chat Process. The role involves handling customer queries via voice, providing technical troubleshooting support, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Eligibility:
- Graduate/Undergraduate
- Minimum 6 months of International Process experience
- Technical Support/Troubleshooting experience is mandatory
- Solid English communication skills
Work Schedule:
- 5 days working
- Rotational shifts with rotational weekly offs
