1. Key Account & Customer Management

· Manage assigned key hyperlocal accounts as a single point of contact.

· Build and maintain robust relationships with prime customers for smooth operations.

· Ensure high service levels and customer satisfaction.

· Identify opportunities to improve business volumes and operational efficiency.

2. Last Mile Operations Management

· Ensure timely sourcing and placement of last-mile vehicles across Bangalore.

· Manage hyperlocal operations for DCD and Non-DCD movements.

· Ensure adherence to SLAs, TATs, and company SOPs & Resolve operational issues promptly to ensure uninterrupted service.

3. Vehicle Sourcing & Vendor Development

· Develop and manage vendors for all vehicle types, from small vehicles to 32-ft DCD & Non-DCD trucks.

· Ensure vehicle availability, compliance, and operational readiness.

· Negotiate rates and terms with vendors to ensure cost efficiency.

· Expand and strengthen the vendor network across Bangalore.

4. Cost Control & Profitability Management

· Drive cost-cutting initiatives to improve Gross Profit (GP).

· Monitor operational costs, vendor payouts, and route efficiency & Optimize vehicle utilization to achieve better margins.

5. POD, Billing & MIS Management

· Ensure timely POD collection from vendors and customers.

· Close billing within defined timelines in coordination with finance teams.

· Prepare and manage accurate internal and external MIS reports.

· Track operational, cost,



and performance metrics for key accounts.

6. Team Management & SOP Compliance

· Build, train, and manage an effective hyperlocal operations team.

· Ensure team performance aligns with company SOPs and operational standards.

· Drive discipline, accountability, and continuous process improvement within the team.

Essential Skills

· Strong knowledge of hyperlocal and last-mile logistics operations, including DCD and Non-DCD movements.

· Hands-on expertise in sourcing and managing all types of vehicles (small vehicles to 32-ft) across Bangalore.

· Proven experience in vendor development, rate negotiation, and cost optimization to improve GP.

· Ability to manage POD collection, billing closure, and MIS reporting accurately and within timelines.

· Excellent customer-facing, team management, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced operational environment.

Pay: ₹20,870.46 - ₹40,040.66 per month
