- Transaction Processing: Manage accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R) by preparing, sending, and recording invoices and receipts.
- Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts to identify discrepancies and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
- Financial Reporting: Assist senior finance staff with compiling data for monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements.
- Record Keeping: Maintain organized physical and digital files, including receipts, expense forms, and vendor records.
- Communication: Address billing and payment inquiries from clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Compliance Support: Help the team adhere to internal financial controls and local statutory requirements (e.g., TDS, GST in India)
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
