Job Description – Marketing Executive (Third-Party Manufacturing)

Industry: Ayurvedic, Nutraceuticals & Cosmetics (Private Label/OEM/Third-Party Manufacturing)

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads for third-party manufacturing, private label, and contract manufacturing services.
- Identify and approach distributors, startups, brands, exporters, wholesalers, pharmacies, clinics, and entrepreneurs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable formulations, packaging, and manufacturing solutions.
- Prepare and share quotations, product catalogs, presentations, and business proposals.
- Coordinate with the production, R&D;, quality, and dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
- Follow up on inquiries received through the website, social media, trade portals, exhibitions, and referrals.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed manufacturing orders.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Promote the company's Ayurvedic, Nutraceutical, and Cosmetic manufacturing capabilities.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and payment conditions with clients.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM or Excel.
- Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and business networking events.
- Coordinate artwork approvals, packaging development, and product launches with clients.
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.

- Robust follow-up and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and exhibitions.

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Ayurvedic, Nutraceutical, Cosmetic, Pharmaceutical, or FMCG sales.
- Experience in B2B sales, contract manufacturing, or private label business will be preferred.
