Job Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and dynamic Chartered Accountant (CA) within 10 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in Bank Audit and NBFC. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in conducting Risk Based Internal Audit and leading audit assignments for financial institutions, along with strong analytical and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and lead internal audit assignments in line with the approved audit plan.
- Conduct detailed reviews of financial statements, internal controls, and operational processes.
- Identify gaps, control weaknesses, and risks; recommend corrective measures.
- Lead and guide audit team members in execution of audits.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports with findings, observations, and actionable recommendations.
- Liaise with management and other departments to ensure timely implementation of audit recommendations.




- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Support management in developing and enhancing internal control frameworks.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Experience: 10 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in internal audit and Risk Based Internal Audit of a financial institution (Bank/NBFC/Financial Services Company).
- Strong knowledge of internal audit methodologies, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deliver within timelines.

Preference only Mumbai Based Candidates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

- Bandra, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
