What you'll do:

Call prospective students & parents to explain our courses and programs

Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into enrolments

Maintain calling records and update CRM/lead sheets daily

Coordinate with the sales team for smooth student on-boarding

Meet daily & weekly calling targets consistently

Who we're looking for:

Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in tele-calling / customer support





Valuable communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)

Confident, patient & persuasive on calls

Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred)

Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets
