Job Summary:

We are seeking a diligent and meticulous Housekeeping Associate to join our team. The Housekeeping Associate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, tidiness, and overall appearance of guest rooms and common areas, providing a pleasant and comfortable environment for our guests. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a solid work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently and independently while adhering to high standards of hygiene and customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms and common areas according to established standards and procedures.
- Change bed linens and make beds neatly and consistently.
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop hard floors, and polish furniture and fixtures.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, and mirrors, replenishing amenities as needed.
- Dust all surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and window sills.




- Empty wastebaskets and transport trash and waste to designated disposal areas.
- Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, towels, and stationery.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance needs and report any damages, malfunctions, or missing items to the supervisor promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked housekeeping cart.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
- Handle guest requests courteously and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes.
- Handle lost and found items according to company procedures.
