Position Overview

We are seeking a creative, proactive, and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote Host2Unlimited's services and enhance our brand presence across the education sector. The role involves planning and executing marketing activities, coordinating campaigns, conducting client visits, supporting business development initiatives, and working closely with the creative and sales teams.

This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with clients, organizing promotional activities, and contributing to brand growth through innovative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute marketing campaigns to promote Host2Unlimited's digital marketing and branding services.
- Visit schools, colleges, universities, coaching institutes, and educational organizations to build brand awareness.
- Coordinate with the Business Development team to support lead generation and client acquisition.
- Plan and execute promotional activities, exhibitions, seminars, and educational events.
- Assist in social media campaigns, content marketing, and brand promotions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and educational institutions.
- Coordinate with the creative team for marketing materials, presentations, brochures, and promotional content.
- Support email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and other digital outreach initiatives.
- Prepare marketing reports, campaign performance updates, and activity reports.
- Represent Host2Unlimited at networking events, exhibitions, and industry conferences.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is:

- Creative, energetic, and enthusiastic about marketing.
- Confident in meeting clients and presenting ideas.
- Passionate about branding, promotions, and digital marketing.
- Strong in communication and relationship building.
- Well-organized with excellent coordination skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as in a team.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Mass Media, or any relevant discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Promotion, Business Development, or Client Servicing.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a keen interest in marketing are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing, Social Media, Branding, SEO,



and Content Marketing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for client meetings and promotional activities.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
