The Purchase Executive will be responsible for end-to-end procurement of product materials as well as other organizational requirements. This includes identifying and managing vendors across India and internationally, sourcing goods and services like raw materials, office supplies, laptops, and equipment, while ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery.
1. Product Material Procurement
- Source and purchase raw materials and products required for operations.
- Identify and evaluate vendors across India and globally.
- Ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
2. General Procurement
- Manage purchases for office requirements, including stationery, IT equipment (e.g., laptops), and other operational needs.
- Coordinate with departments to understand and fulfill their procurement needs.

4. Cost Optimization & Negotiation
- Implement cost-saving strategies without compromising on quality.
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to secure the best deals.
5. Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor contracts.
- Ensure all purchases comply with internal policies and regulatory standards.
6. Market Research
- Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and new supplier developments.
- Proactively seek alternative suppliers and innovative sourcing options.
Key Skills & Requirement -
- Robust negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of domestic and international procurement practices
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic procurement software
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
