The Operations Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day overseas education process and applications operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate training and development activities.
- Monitor the end-to-end overseas education process: counseling, application, documentation, visa processing.
- Liaise between counselors, universities, and students to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain and update student databases, leads, and follow-ups in CRM.
- Generate reports on student applications, conversions, visa success rates, etc.
- Communicate with partner universities, visa consultants, and service vendors (IELTS coaching, forex, accommodation).
- Ensure all university tie-ups and MoUs are maintained and updated.
- Assist in scheduling student counseling sessions, webinars, and events.




- Provide administrative support to the counseling and documentation team.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 month to 1 years of experience in a similar HR/Admin role.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
