Job Description – Field Executive

We are hiring a Field Executive to support operational, compliance, and client coordination activities at LV Consultancy and Logistics Private Limited in Chennai.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of handling field visits, documentation, and coordination with various government departments and clients.

Responsibilities:

- Handle SEZ documentation, approvals, and compliance in accordance with SEZ Rules, 2006
- Assist in recent factory setup activities including registrations, licenses, and statutory approvals, providing end-to-end business support across India
- Coordinate with SIPCOT, ELCOT, MEPZ, and various State & Central Government departments
- Visit client locations, government offices, ports, banks, and SEZ offices as required
- Support drafting of MoU documents and assist in state incentive negotiations
- Assist in SEZ unit approvals including LOA processing, duty exemptions, and tax benefit documentation
- Provide logistics support,



including coordination for FTW (Free Trade Warehousing) operations
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operational workflow
- Support office administration activities whenever required

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
- Ability to travel within Chennai and across other states in India to handle field-related responsibilities and official assignments.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply

- Work Location: Chennai
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
