We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher Accountant to join our finance team in Surat. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, Tally, GST, and MS Excel. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in accounting and finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare and record purchase, sales, payment, and receipt vouchers.
- Assist in GST and TDS-related documentation and compliance.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash records.
- Generate invoices and maintain billing records.
- Support month-end and year-end accounting activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for accounting-related requirements.
- Assist senior accountants with audits and financial reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Tally ERP/Prime.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Understanding of accounting concepts, GST, and taxation basics.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of accounting software.
- Basic understanding of GST return filing.
- Valuable numerical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary
- 10000 to 15,000 per month (Based on skills and interview performance)
