Job Summary

Yugaledge Services Pvt Ltd is hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) for our US Sales Process. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in international sales, inside sales, and business development. You will interact with US-based clients, handle leads, and drive enrollments for our tech programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound & outbound sales calls (US Process)
- Convert leads into customers through consultative selling
- Explain products/services and guide clients accordingly
- Follow up via calls, emails, and CRM tools
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Maintain strong customer relationships

Salary & Incentives

- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000- 50,000 per month
- Incentives: 12% commission per successful closure




- Earning Potential: ₹25,000+ per sale
- Uncapped Incentive Structure

Skills & Requirements

- Good communication skills in English
- Interest in sales, business development, or international process
- Comfortable with night shifts (US timings)
- Basic knowledge of sales / customer handling
- Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
