We are seeking a Senior Accounts Manager to lead our in-house accounting department, ensure statutory compliance, and develop a high-performing accounts team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain books of accounts and oversee year-end finalization
- Prepare, review, and file GST and Income Tax returns
- Ensure timely TDS and Professional Tax payments and filings
- Assist in ROC filings and basic company law compliances
- Coordinate with clients for accounting, taxation, and audit matters
- Support statutory and internal audit activities
- Supervise daily accounting operations and workflows
- Train, mentor, and develop junior accountants
- Review work quality and ensure adherence to timelines
- Implement best accounting and compliance practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong fundamentals in accounting, GST, and Income Tax
- Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel
- Understanding of compliance timelines and documentation
- Positive communication and client-handling skills
- Leadership mindset with willingness to train and guide teams
- Proactive,

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
