Job Summary :

The BTL Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating below-the-line marketing activities that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and sales. This role manages on-ground activations, events, promotions, retail marketing, dealer engagement, and local marketing initiatives while ensuring consistent brand execution.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement BTL marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and brand activation events.
- Manage retail visibility, in-store branding.
- Coordinate with sales teams to design local and regional marketing programs that increase customer acquisition and retention.
- Identify, appoint,



and manage event agencies, vendors, and promotional partners.
- Prepare and manage BTL marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze ROI, and provide post-campaign reports with actionable insights.
- Ensure brand guidelines are maintained across all offline marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with digital, product, and trade marketing teams to integrate online and offline campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for creative marketing initiatives.
- Train and supervise promoters, field marketing executives, and event staff as required.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing is preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in BTL marketing, trade marketing, brand activation, or event marketing.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
