- Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory accuracy using SAP Software or manual systems.
- Develop and implement inventory control processes to prevent overstocking or shortages.
- Conduct regular physical inventory checks and reconcile with system records.
- Ensure proper storage of materials to prevent damage or deterioration.
- Oversee the receipt, inspection, and storage of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.
- Ensure timely issuance of materials to production as per requirements.
- Optimize warehouse layout for efficient material movement and storage.
- Maintain proper documentation for material receipts, issues, transfers, and returns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, IATF standards, and other regulatory requirements.
- Prepare monthly MIS and reports on inventory, stock variance, and usage trends.
- Supervise and guide the stores team in their daily activities.
- Provide training to team members on inventory management, safety protocols, and Software usage.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor inventory holding costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.




- Implement best practices for inventory turnover to improve efficiency.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the stores area.
- Implement and sustain 5S practices for effective operations.

Requirements : -

- Education: Any Bachelor’s degree or related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in inventory and warehouse management in the automotive or manufacturing sector.

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., Other ERP/SAP).
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with IATF standards and automotive manufacturing processes.

- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
