We are looking for a skilled Manager – Accounts & Finance to join our team at Mageba Bridge Products Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and project management, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Your responsibilities

- Internal & Statutory Audit

- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely execution and compliance.

- Address audit observations and implement recommendations.

- Accounts Finalisation

- Lead preparation and finalisation of financial statements in compliance with applicable standards.

- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.

- Data Analysis

- Analyse financial data and performance metrics to support strategic initiatives.

- Identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.

- MIS & Management Reporting

- Prepare timely MIS reports and financial summaries for senior management.

- Ensure accuracy and clarity in financial reporting.

- Other Responsibilities

- Support budgeting, compliance, and adhoc financial assignments as required by the organization

Your profile

- CA Inter with 4 to 7 years of experience

- Experience of handling Statutory Audit

- Proficiency in Advanced Excel





- Experience in Big 4 and manufacturing companies will carry additional weightage
