Responsibilities and Duties

Ø Manage end-to-end accounting for export sales, logistics, and shipping transactions.

Ø Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), ensuring timely collections and vendor payments.

Ø Perform daily, weekly, and monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).

Ø Handle foreign currency transactions, inward remittances, export realization, and exchange rate accounting.

Ø Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, banks, and internal logistics teams regarding payments and documentation.

Ø Verify logistics expenses including freight, customs clearance, transportation, warehousing, and port charges.

Ø Prepare MIS reports on receivables, payables, logistics costs, outstanding balances, and cash flow.

Ø Assist in monthly, quarterly,



and annual financial closing activities.

Ø Support internal and statutory audits by maintaining proper accounting records and documentation.

Ø Maintain accurate records in ERP/Accounting software such as Zoho Books, Tally Prime.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
