- Upload and maintain product listings (descriptions, images, pricing)
- Monitor inventory and coordinate stock updates
- Manage online promotions, discounts, and campaigns
- Process and track orders
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and logistics teams
- Analyze website and sales performance data
- Handle customer inquiries and support issues
- Ensure website content is accurate and up to date
Key Skills
- E-commerce platform knowledge (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento)
- Digital marketing and SEO basics
- Data analysis and reporting

Qualifications
