We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally. Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and attend inbound inquiries.
- Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team, if required.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential and existing customers.
- Update customer information accurately in the CRM/MIS system.
- Resolve customer queries or escalate them to the concerned department.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Maintain call records and prepare daily reports.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- 10+2, Graduate, or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi (English communication is an added advantage
- Salary: As per experience and interview performance.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
