Roles & Responsibilities:-

Plan, create, and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube Shorts, and other relevant platforms.

Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business goals.

Write engaging captions, blogs, website content, email campaigns, and promotional content.

Create content to attract customers and transport providers.

Coordinate with the design team for graphics, reels, videos, and promotional creatives.

Manage daily posting schedules while maintaining a consistent brand voice.

Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement.

Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.

Track content performance and prepare monthly reports.

Support product launches, hiring campaigns, and company branding initiatives.

Required Skills:-

1–3 years of experience in Content Marketing or Social Media Management.





Excellent written English and strong copywriting skills.

Experience managing LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.

Understanding of social media algorithms and content strategy.

Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Express, or Figma.

Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.

Basic SEO knowledge and content optimization.

Strong creativity and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:-

Experience in Startup, SaaS, Marketplace, Logistics, or B2B Marketing.

Basic video editing using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.

Experience with Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite.

Understanding of branding, storytelling, and digital marketing.
