Job Summary:

Global Properties is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and support day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update financial records and books of accounts
- Handle GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) and ensure compliance
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and returns
- Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) regularly
- Work on Tally ERP Prime for accounting entries and reports
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare financial reports, ledgers, and statements
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Assist in audits and provide required documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for financial data and reporting





Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in finance/accounts
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP Prime
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work

Salary:

As per industry standards / Based on experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
