Role description

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Lead with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Inventory Management and Oracle Advanced Inventory modules. The consultant will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, implementation, testing, support, and optimization of inventory and warehouse-related business processes in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.

The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of inventory operations, warehouse execution, costing impacts, and integrations with Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing, and WMS systems.

- Implement and support Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Inventory Management and Advanced Inventory solutions.
- Configure:
- - Inventory Organizations
- Subinventories
- Locators
- Item Master
- Lot & Serial Control
- UOM Conversions
- Min-Max Planning
- Replenishment Rules

- Work on Advanced Inventory capabilities including:
- - Task Management
- License Plate Numbers (LPN)
- Put Away Suggestions
- Cross Docking
- Shipment Load Grouping

- Configure and support:
- - Receiving
- Put-away
- Picking
- Shipping
- Inventory Transfers
- Miscellaneous Transactions
- Cycle Counting
- Physical Inventory

- Conduct:
- - Requirement Gathering
- Fit-Gap Analysis
- CRP Sessions
- SIT/UAT Testing
- Cutover Activities
- Hypercare Support

- Collaborate with business users, technical teams, finance teams, and third-party vendors.
- Work on integrations using:
- - FBDI
- REST/SOAP APIs
- OIC
- WMS/3PL integrations

- Prepare functional design documents, setup documents, test scripts,



and training materials.
- Support quarterly Oracle cloud updates and regression testing.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in:
- - Oracle Fusion Inventory Management
- Oracle Advanced Inventory

- Experience in Oracle Fusion SCM implementations/support projects.
- Knowledge of:
- - Inventory Transactions
- Inventory Valuation
- Costing Impact
- Inter-Org Transfers
- Transfer Orders
- Inventory Accounting

- Understanding of integrations with:
- - Procurement
- Order Management
- Manufacturing

- Experience with:
- - FBDI/ADFDI
- OTBI/BIP Reports
- OIC Integrations

- Solid analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Oracle Fusion SCM Certification preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing, retail, logistics, or distribution industries.
- Knowledge of Redwood UI features in Oracle Fusion is an added advantage.
