Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interview panels.
- Conduct HR interviews and maintain interview records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR events.
- Publish hiring posts on various recruitment platforms and social media.
- Use AI tools for recruitment, documentation, communication, and HR process improvement.
- Support daily HR operations and administrative activities.
- Perform other HR-related responsibilities assigned by the management.

Requirements:





- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- About 1 year of experience in IT HR operations
- Knowledge of hiring processes, HR policies, and legal compliance
- Valuable organizational and people skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Ready to learn and adapt based on the company’s SOPs
