We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role offers hands-on exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates from various recruitment platforms.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support in preparing and updating HR documents, records, and reports.
- Help in onboarding new employees and ensuring completion of joining formalities.
- Assist in maintaining employee attendance and leave records.
- Participate in employee engagement activities and internal events.
- Support HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR data.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing final year) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
