- Team Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate subordinate staff and external contractors.
- Maintenance Execution: Direct and participate in preventive maintenance schedules, routine repairs, and emergency responses.
- Budget & Administration: Order tools, track inventory, assist in budget preparation, and monitor repair costs.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all worksites and daily operations comply with OSHA guidelines and safety regulations.
- Facility Inspections: Regularly tour the facility to identify safety hazards, malfunctions, and structural issues.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
