8MH Organic is a boutique hospitality company specializing in premium villas, farmstays, boutique hotels, holiday homes and experiential stays across India.

Alongside property management, we help aspiring hosts launch profitable Airbnb businesses through our flagship consulting program, 8MH Launchpad.

We are looking for a creative and commercially-minded LinkedIn professional who can help establish our leadership presence while generating meaningful business conversations.

Role Overview

This is a freelance, outcome-oriented role focused on building the personal brand of our Founder and strengthening 8MH Organic's presence on LinkedIn.

The ideal candidate understands how to combine thought leadership, networking and relationship-building to create genuine business opportunities rather than relying on generic outreach.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a LinkedIn content strategy aligned with our business objectives.
- Create engaging posts, carousels, articles and thought leadership content for the Founder and company page.
- Plan and maintain a consistent publishing calendar.
- Identify relevant business communities, industry conversations and networking opportunities.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients and strategic partners through professional engagement.
- Research and identify prospective business opportunities aligned with our target audience.
- Support appointment generation through ethical and personalized outreach.
- Monitor profile performance and recommend improvements to increase visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, launches and brand-building initiatives.




- Track performance metrics and provide monthly reports with actionable recommendations.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

- Experience managing personal or corporate LinkedIn brands.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Good understanding of B2B marketing and professional networking.
- Ability to create educational and authority-building content.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn analytics and best practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A proactive and independent working style.

Preferred Experience

Experience working with one or more of the following is an advantage:

- Founders or personal brands
- Hospitality or real estate
- Consulting businesses
- Premium consumer brands
- SaaS or B2B services

Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or similar platforms for research and content development is a plus.

Success in This Role

Within the first few months, you should be able to:

- Build a consistent and credible LinkedIn presence.
- Increase engagement and profile visibility.
- Grow a relevant professional network.
- Generate qualified business conversations.
- Support inbound enquiries through valuable content and relationship-building.
- Strengthen the Founder and company's authority within the hospitality and Airbnb ecosystem.
