- BE/ Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical.
- Experience: 12 to 15 years.
- Knowledge of electrical / mechanical assembly line production processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with VFD, PLC, HMI, and related software.
- Ability to plan and execute production schedules effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production plans for theassembly shop and control panel section.
- Ensure timely execution of production schedules to meet customer and business requirements.
- Supervise assembly shop operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Ensure quality standards are met at every stage of production
- Guide the team in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to VFDs, PLCs, HMIs, and control panels.
- Coordinate with design, quality, and procurement teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
