HR Recruiter – Textile/Garment/Export house Industry

As a key member of our HR team, you will:
* Lead end-to-end recruitment for textile manufacturing and corporate functions.
* Partner with business leaders to understand workforce planning and hiring priorities.
* Source and attract top talent through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
* Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
* Build talent pipelines for critical and niche positions.
* Drive recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes.

# What We're Looking For
Proven experience recruiting for textile, garment, spinning, weaving, processing,



apparel, or manufacturing industries.
✔ Robust sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
✔ Ability to manage multiple positions in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
✔ Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
