PR Responsibilities for Following Up on Event Invitations

- Preparing and Sending Invitations
- Draft and distribute invitations to guests, media representatives, sponsors, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Following Up with Invitees
- Contact invitees through phone calls, emails, or messages to confirm they have received the invitation.
- Remind guests about the event date, time, and venue.
- Managing RSVPs
- Record confirmations, regrets, and pending responses.
- Update the guest list regularly.
- Responding to Queries
- Answer questions regarding the event schedule, location, dress code, registration process, or other details.
- Coordinating with VIP Guests
- Confirm attendance of chief guests, keynote speakers, sponsors, and dignitaries.
- Communicate any special arrangements or requirements.
- Maintaining Guest Records
- Keep an organized database of invitees, contact information, and RSVP status.




- Sending Reminder Communications
- Send reminder emails or messages a few days before the event to increase attendance.
- Coordinating with the Event Team
- Share the final guest list with the organizing committee for seating, registration, catering, and security arrangements.
- Handling Last-Minute Changes
- Inform guests of any updates, schedule changes, or venue modifications.
- Post-Event Follow-Up
- Send thank-you messages to attendees.
- Share event highlights, photos, or press coverage where appropriate.
- Gather feedback to improve future events.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
